Data Deletion

Eternal Labs ("Eternal") processes personal data on behalf of the businesses that use our customer-messaging platform, and data of people who contact those businesses through connected channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, email, and website chat). This page explains how to request deletion of that data.

If you are a customer who messaged a business

Your messages are held on behalf of the business you contacted. You can request deletion in either of these ways:

• Email grendon@eternallabs.ai with the subject "Data deletion request", telling us which business you contacted and the channel and identifier you used (for example, your phone number, email address, or social profile name).
• Ask the business directly; they can request deletion of your conversation through us.

Once we verify the request, we delete your messages, contact record, and any related conversation data within 30 days. The only exception is data we are legally required to keep, for example in connection with a legal claim or a request from an authority.

If you are a business using Eternal

Email grendon@eternallabs.ai from the address associated with your account, or notify your Eternal contact. We disconnect your authorized accounts and delete your workspace data (conversations, contacts, knowledge base, settings) within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. You can also revoke Eternal's access to your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or TikTok accounts at any time from those platforms' settings; doing so stops all further data access immediately.

Connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok)

If you are a business user who authorized Eternal's app for your accounts, you can revoke that access at any time from each platform's settings (for example, Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations; TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). Revoking access stops all further data access immediately, and you can request deletion of already-stored data as described above. If you are a customer who contacted a business through any of these platforms, Eternal's app is not connected to your personal account, so there is nothing to revoke on your side; use the email request above and we will delete your data within 30 days.
